AGAPE

AGAPE

If I had to base every choice in my life on love versus not love, I would say this, the win is always love, no one could or can remove the love I have for them, my love is beyond death and is forever.

Think about your family or your children, maybe one of them has done something wrong or behaved in errors and sin, you still love them and in the love you work to correct them and help them grow beyond errors and sin, that same kind of love and far greater is what I carry for everyone including my enemies, it exceeds what most people understand as love. Agape is a Greek word for this love it is a sacrificial and unconditional love that God has for all. In Jesus this love is birth into your new heart. The veil lifts and you can see things as they truly are. Unconditional: It does not depend on the recipient’s performance or worthiness. Sacrificial: It is a love that gives and acts for the benefit of others, even at great personal cost. Active: Unlike romantic or emotional love, it is described as a choice and a commitment rather than just a feeling.

Think of this, all of God’s children, the people of the world, have failed to keep the law of God under the Old Testament, the old law, and the old covenant, yet God continually showed mercy and forgiveness, He helped them see again and again and still they failed, over and over God has shown mercy and love while the world has shown failure.

I have been shown my greatest win from my life and a victory of this win that was being celebrated and it was in my discovery and the win of God is love interestingly because God is also love. When you give love you get more love and the more love you give the more love. So in the very act of giving love you become not only closer to God you give God. And in the belief of Jesus you are freed indeed and to believe in Jesus is to also believe in the father to be united with love in God and to live as love lives forever.

1 John 4:8-10 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

Also from john 1 is very important in understanding that the Word was with God and the Word was God he was with God in the beginning through him God spoke his word And God said, “Let there be light” and… All of creation was spoken into existence from the Word. The light is life and it is what gives life to everyone. The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

The Word became flesh / Jesus and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

His love is so great that He devised a perfect way to demonstrate it, the world was spoken into existence by the Word of God and that Word is Jesus even before He was born in the flesh, everything was spoken into existence, think of it like God’s programming, just as we have computers, games, and rules within them, God spoke everything into being, He sees the beginning and the end.

When He was born into the flesh He was given the name Jesus though that may not be the exact original name, God knows who we mean when we call on Him no matter the language, nation, or race, we all know that God is love, God wants love, God wants truth, God wants kindness.

Jesus lived as the perfect representation of God’s way, kind, loving, and truthful, the errors and sins of humanity were played out in His death, like any situation with a culprit and a victim God had already foreseen it all and made His plan. Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned—for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law. Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those whose sinning was not like the transgression of Adam, who was a type of the one who was to come.

However, the free gift differs from the transgression. While one man’s trespass brought death and judgment to many, the grace of God through Jesus Christ offers an even greater abundance of justification and life. Thus, those who receive this grace will reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.

Jesus lived completely sin-free, no one else loved their lives enough to do so, He took upon Himself all the pain, suffering, and sin of the world so that we could have life beyond the flesh, to be reborn in the Spirit just as He was and is. Now with belief in Jesus God gives The New Covenant of Grace. This gift is available to everyone, to be saved by God you must believe in Him, to believe in the Son is to believe in the Father and the Holy Spirit, there are no other conditions, you believe, you repent, and you strive to be as kind and loving as you can, but this is not a gift that is earned, it is a gift that is freely given and it is a gift that keeps on giving forever.

Love never lets go, love is always unconditional, it is not the enjoyment of food or based on what you get in return, true love will cause a person to go hungry to feed another, it is strength not weakness, this is why love wins because it exceeds all expectations and self-centered ways.

When you come into true belief in Jesus the veil lifts, you receive a new heart, the enslavement to sin is broken and you become enslaved to righteousness, this is true freedom, a freedom that lets you see all the things that are true which you could not see before, then you will help others make the same change because your love becomes unconditional and you will even love your enemies.

Love always wins. No matter how much someone dislikes or hates me, it cannot remove the love I carry for them and the love I have for my enemies. As I have said many times the very people that tried to take my life and I am trying to give them life. I am not here to hurt anyone and am her to help and heal. I love the sinners, not the sin.

I Love.
Love Wins & God is Love.
