De Spiritu Sancto
Holy Spirit
The Quickener Of Life

Holy spirit, making life alive,
moving in all things, root of all created being,
cleansing the cosmos of every impurity, effacing guilt,
anointing wounds.
You are lustrous and praiseworthy life,
You waken and re-awaken everything that is.

Jesus Comforts His Disciples

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” John 14:1-4

Christmas to Christ Mass the Birth Of Jesus

The Mass Celebration of all.

The Gift of God in the Life of Jesus

On this Christ Mass Eve, as we approach the celebration of the birth of Jesus, I am drawn to reflect on the profound truth of God’s love revealed in Jesus—a love that is truly unconditional, surpassing all human understanding. This season reminds us that Christ Mass is the celebration of the presence of God who came among us to save us, with a gift that give forever.

Christ Mass is the celebration of the presence of God who came among us to save us. The birth of Jesus is not a fairytale! It is the story of a real event, which occurred in Bethlehem two thousand years ago. Faith allows us to recognize in the Child born to the Virgin Mary. The Holy Spirit gave life into Marry, and the power of the Highest was to be born of her and known as the Son of God. God, made man for our love. In the face of the child Jesus, who did not show Himself to us in strength, in power, but in the weakness and fragility of a newborn. This is our Loving God, who comes so close to us, as a child. This Child shows the trust and tenderness of the boundless love with which God surrounds each one of us. To truly celebrate Christ Mass, reliving the in as loving and caring truthful ways. Along with many fathers, mothers, family and friends and those most in need that are alone and without, in cold days and starving ways. Give to the ones in pains and live in true gains making many sacrifices for others as in the ways of Gods Love; along with the young, the sick and the poor, we celebrate, because it is the celebration of our encounter with God in Jesus.”

I have rewritten and shared these truths as if spoken directly by Jesus, because this is how I hear Him—through Scripture, through His people, through the whisper of the wind, or even a simple street sign offering a wink from above. God’s love songs and stories are woven throughout the Bible, yet they are everywhere for those who look with open hearts. When we seek Him carefully, we find these treasures to share, drawing us closer to His heart.

Here is the voice I hear from Jesus Himself:
Jesus: My words are life, and they endure forever. Do not believe the lies of the enemy or his deception, for he makes himself appear greater than he truly is. Keep your eyes on Me and on what I am doing, not on the works of darkness. I am your defender and your protector, and I am with you. Rejoice in the freedom I have won for you. Rejoice in the victory I bring. Do not believe the lie that evil is equal to good. I am the Lord over all. I bring liberty, and I bring freedom. I gave My life so that you might live, and I gave all so that you could receive what is true and everlasting.

This message feels like a wake-up call for all—a timely reminder as we move toward celebrating what our God has given us through the birth and life of Jesus, the Son of God. His coming marked the release of those enslaved by sin into the enslavement of righteousness—into the light, truth, and eternal love of our Father through Him. The birth of Jesus was not only God’s arrival among us but the rebirth of many souls.

Yet, in this celebration, we must confront a challenging truth that can cause confusion if not understood deeply. As Jesus teaches in Matthew 10:37–38: “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.”

This is not a call to love family less, but to love Jesus more—completely and absolutely—because no one loves us more than He and the Father do. Their love is truly unconditional, beyond comprehension. If we love our mothers, children, and families, it is in everyone’s best interest to commit fully to Jesus first, for He is the way to the Father (John 14:6). He gave His life to free us from sin’s enslavement and lead us into righteousness, into an eternal home with the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

Scripture reinforces this priority: “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them” (1 John 2:15). And again: “You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God” (James 4:4).

Here, “the world” means the fallen system aligned with Satan’s rule—its insane patterns of sin, deception, and conditional “love” rooted in selfishness, fear, and expectation. To choose these ways is to remain enslaved to sin. In contrast, abiding in Jesus brings immense change and unity. As He says, when we are branches connected to the Vine, we bear much fruit (John 15). Apart from Him, branches wither, are cut off, and burned.

The world’s love carries countless conditions, none rooted in true love—they stem from sin. But God’s love, perfectly shown in the fragile newborn of Bethlehem who grew to die for us, has no conditions. He loves us at our worst, transforms us, and invites us into everlasting freedom.

I, too, have been made new—living as YahASon, a branch in the Vine of Jesus, walking in the love and light of my loving Father God. This Christmas, may we all awaken to this reality: fix our eyes on Jesus, rejoice in His victory, and celebrate the boundless, unconditional love that came to dwell among us.

A Christ Mass Eve Prayer of Gratitude

Jesus, my Lord and Savior,
I come before You on this holy Christmas Eve with a heart overflowing with gratitude for Your endless, unconditional love and the radiant light You pour into my life. Thank You for the countless blessings You bestow, for the gift of eternal life, for Your unwavering presence beside me, and for the deep peace and joy You restore and multiply in my heart, mind, and soul—even when trials come, You turn pain into lessons and every lesson into lasting gain.

I thank You for Your incomparable sacrifice: for the cross that brought redemption to all, for the empty tomb that guarantees resurrection hope, and for the grace that covers me and every soul who turns to You. May I never take for granted the priceless gift of salvation You freely offer.

Thank You for the precious people You have placed in my life, for the strength You renew in me daily, and for guiding my steps toward wiser, holier choices. Open my eyes to see Your goodness in every detail, great and small, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that I may live each day in true thankfulness, reflecting Your light, truth, and boundless love to everyone around me.

As a branch abiding in You, the true Vine, strengthen me to walk faithfully in Your loving ways, to serve You with my whole heart, and to share Your mercy and freedom with a world that so desperately needs it. May my life bear much fruit and stand as a living testament to Your glory.

In Your holy and precious name, Jesus, I pray.
Amen. Amen.

John 14

Jesus Comforts His Disciples 14:1-4

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”

Jesus the Way to the Father 14:5-14

Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”

Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves. Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit 14:15-31

“If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

Then Judas (not Judas Iscariot) said, “But, Lord, why do you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?”

Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.

“All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name (in the name of Jesus), will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

“You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe. I will not say much more to you, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no hold over me, but he comes so that the world may learn that I love the Father and do exactly what my Father has commanded me.

“Come now; let us leave.”

Lead Me To The Water

Lead me to the water
Where my soul finds rest
Streams of living water
Where my soul finds rest

Even through the valley, I will fear no evil
So, lead me to the water where my soul finds rest
Lead me to the water, oh

Lead me to the mountain
Where my eyes can see
Lead me to the mountain
Where my heart can breathe

Even in the shadows
I know You are with me
Lead me to the mountain, oh
Come lead me to the mountain

Oh, oh, oh, oh

Be still and know
For You are with me

…about Jesus and Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit to “living water,” a powerful biblical metaphor for spiritual life, cleansing, and eternal refreshment found in Jesus. Jesus described the Spirit as this water, a well springing up to eternal life, giving divine power, quenching spiritual thirst, and enabling believers to become sources of life for others, flowing like a river from within them. This imagery appears in the Gospel of John, the Book of Revelation, and Old Testament prophecies.

Psalm 104

Praise the Lord, my soul.

Lord my God, you are very great;
you are clothed with splendor and majesty.

The Lord wraps himself in light as with a garment;
he stretches out the heavens like a tent
and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters.
He makes the clouds his chariot
and rides on the wings of the wind.
He makes winds his messengers,
flames of fire his servants.

He set the earth on its foundations;
it can never be moved.
You covered it with the watery depths as with a garment;
the waters stood above the mountains.
But at your rebuke the waters fled,
at the sound of your thunder they took to flight;
they flowed over the mountains,
they went down into the valleys,
to the place you assigned for them.
You set a boundary they cannot cross;
never again will they cover the earth.

He makes springs pour water into the ravines;
it flows between the mountains.
They give water to all the beasts of the field;
the wild donkeys quench their thirst.
The birds of the sky nest by the waters;
they sing among the branches.
He waters the mountains from his upper chambers;
the land is satisfied by the fruit of his work.

He makes grass grow for the cattle,
and plants for people to cultivate—
bringing forth food from the earth:
wine that gladdens human hearts,
oil to make their faces shine,
and bread that sustains their hearts.

The trees of the Lord are well watered,
the cedars of Lebanon that he planted.
There the birds make their nests;
the stork has its home in the junipers.

The high mountains belong to the wild goats;
the crags are a refuge for the hyrax.

He made the moon to mark the seasons,
and the sun knows when to go down.
You bring darkness, it becomes night,
and all the beasts of the forest prowl.
The lions roar for their prey
and seek their food from God.
The sun rises, and they steal away;
they return and lie down in their dens.
Then people go out to their work,
to their labor until evening.

How many are your works, Lord!
In wisdom you made them all;
the earth is full of your creatures.

There is the sea, vast and spacious,
teeming with creatures beyond number—
living things both large and small.
There the ships go to and fro,
and Leviathan, which you formed to frolic there.

All creatures look to you
to give them their food at the proper time.
When you give it to them,
they gather it up;
when you open your hand,
they are satisfied with good things.

When you hide your face,
they are terrified;
when you take away their breath,
they die and return to the dust.
When you send your Spirit,
they are created,
and you renew the face of the ground.

May the glory of the Lord endure forever;
may the Lord rejoice in his works—
he who looks at the earth, and it trembles,
who touches the mountains, and they smoke.

I will sing to the Lord all my life;
I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
May my meditation be pleasing to him,
as I rejoice in the Lord.
But may sinners vanish from the earth
and the wicked be no more.

Praise the Lord, my soul.
Praise the Lord.
